The showers were working okay.
The overall cleanliness was very disappointing. Our room wasn't made, and dirt filled all the drawers. The front-end employee treated us awkwardly and spoke condescendingly, which made us feel unwelcome.

The location is excellent, particularly for visiting nearby attractions like the state fair. The cleanliness of the room stood out, making it a comfortable stopover. However, the property is dated, with noticeable wear in decor and fixtures. The absence of breakfast was disappointing, as only in-room coffee was available, which didn’t meet my expectations for a more notable dining experience.

Couple's worst nightmare
We had a 'wonderful' experience with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet was stained, and I saw bugs crawling around! It was like living in a horror movie.
It wasn't cheap, considering the conditions and the manager's rudeness.

We loved visiting the nearby elegant golf course and the fun on-site casino. The stay met our needs perfectly for a group vacation. The room was clean and the check-in process was smooth, making it easy to start our adventure right away.
One downside was that they charged a lot for our stay, especially given the condition of the place. I felt the price was a bit high for what we got. Just be prepared to pay a bit more than expected.

The location was ideal for visiting local attractions, providing easy access to both the fair and stunning caverns. However, the room felt dated, with worn wallpaper and creaky floors that detracted from the experience. While cleanliness was satisfactory and the staff were friendly, the high price did not align with the condition of the property, making for a disappointing comparison to previous visits. Breakfast options were limited, with only in-room coffee available.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
I stayed for one night in a Double Room, and while the bed was comfortable, I found the floors stained and in need of updating. Check-in was straightforward and the amenities provided were satisfactory, yet the lack of regular cleaning services was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent place but definitely showed signs of age.

I was greeted by friendly staff when I checked in, which set a nice tone after a long day of travel. The cozy lounge area and hot tub were perfect spots to unwind and relax. Just a heads up, the coffee in the room could use an upgrade, but it didn't put a damper on my stay. ☕

Our stay was pleasant and the amenities like the coffee pot and fridge were clean and convenient. Despite being an older property, the charm of the furnishings made us feel at home, and the quiet environment was appreciated.
Carpets and chairs could use more frequent cleaning.

missingWrote a review on May 25inconvenient location
The location proved somewhat inconvenient, lacking sidewalks for easy access to nearby restaurants. Additionally, the room showed clear signs of wear with patched holes in the walls and mismatched furnishings, including stained chairs that left a lot to be desired. Charging devices was a hassle, as the room didn’t offer any outlets, forcing me to trek to a store for a USB wall charger.
